Tyme bank remove remove restrictions on my binance account

Tyme bank instructed binance to put a hold on my account since my timebank account was still under Investigation, My timebank account was sorted and the investigator was supposed to send an email to binance instructing them to remove restrictions on my account, up to date binance has not yet received the email from tyme bank .. I’m stuck, I can’t use my binance account
