Tyme bank refusing to refund money ...Disgrace

I have cash send a 500 rand to my sister that she could not withdraw at all. I than did a eft from the same account, my siata manage to get the money. The next day we contacted Tyme Bank I was advise to deposit a R170 in order for them to refund the money as they can see the money was not withdrawn. This cash send was done on the 24th July 2026. We waited as we were told by a customer consultant that the money will be refunded into our account. Bearing in mind several phone call and airtime later addition 170 to get the refund....today my son got notification that refunding the money was unsuccessful....my blood is boiling ...so start the calls again to try and get my money earlier today.....remember it is now 170 plus 500 and it seems that they adament that the cannot be refunded ....this is only the start....I am going to all social.media app to warn people about tyme bank ....they should be ashamed of themselves I want my money back!!!!!! They are the Pits.
