Tyme bank promote ****mer and *****sters

On Monday I paid an amount of R3500 to a Youshan Valloo paying off my iPhone. I was given an account number via WhatsApp. Upon paying and sending proof of payment, Youshan confirmed that it is not his account number, but only his name.

I've tried to contact Tymebank and the response I got was that they are not at liberty to give out personal details. Even though I explained that this ***** and it might put the bank's name in the mid as they are protecting ****mers. I'm not asking for id numbers, phone numbers and addresses, only a name because I already have SAPS involved in this. But the bank blatantly refuse me the name

Aren't you promoting ***** and ****s by protecting these *******? Tymebak ***** department I'm desperate and need to have this name as soon as possible please. The account number I paid in the money to is attached on the proof of payment. Please assitance is of utmost importance.
