Tyme Bank Poor Service
Second time that it happened that a transaction went through at a shop 3+ times. Been struggling since the 23rd of March to get a refund back to my account. The only response that I get is that they are reviewing and busy with Visa query and will get back by the 9th of May. R 1 200+ that I need and can't get back
