Tyme Bank Poor Service

My business account is blocked cause there was apparently a R140 payment I received and those funds from my client via her bank are said to be ***** related.

I have submitted an affidavit and further documentation to prove that it was a legit payment and I have nothing to do with the *****. I have been waiting for the ***** and Operations guys to remove hold from my account. I can't access funds in my account and I have been following up with Tyme Bank with no success.

The service is really bad. I really thought this bank would be different. I am really frustrated and disappointed.
