tyme bank poor service

went to pick n pay hyper 5 times then value center then la lucia mall in kzn all machines was faulty.went another 5 times to hyper and then finally got card.no one knows what the hell is going on ...even the assistants of tyme bank know nothing about the system ....no cards ..finger print not scanning..sometimes the machine is also confused
