Guys guys I say, I went to roots protea Glen to buy eat yestaday of the 27 August 2021 around 17,53, I swiped the card for payment an I got an sms to show that money left my account but it was no wer to be found on merchants account, I called try e bank with the machants spoke to a useless lady an her manager, simpiwe Tshabalala, they tell me that I have to wait for reversal it can take 10 days an I had no food to eat with my child an that was my last money, even now that mo ey they talk about it has not reversed, they told me that they can't do anything for me and it is money that I am spending not theirs, please watch out cheap banks cheap service and lot of loopholes, who knows maybe is ***** coz I still need my money, becareful never use tyme bank for salary or for business or for anything serious u will be stack with no help ending up being the victim, even they say their service is 24 hours, it's e lie the manser I spoke to he said"acounts/payment department is closed, this bank is e lie an **** hence u have not received my money that I swiped yestaday, don't use trym bank for huge money don't trust that bank I repeat business people never bother u will be shocked by the service, u will. Loose business deals because of this bank, am still waiting for my money even now, never use it meaning someone can die if the payment was between life or death I was on the line 50 minutes with no solution, never again.
