Tyme bank & Pick n Pay dysfunctional partnership

Tyme bank continues with it's dysfunctional partnership with Pick n Pay. Needed to draw money at Pick n Pay Parow branch from my Tyme bank account. . Cashier **** saying she has no R100 and only R50 notes. I asked for the supervisor .The supervisor refused to help. The cashier asked me to step aside for the next customer, I refused and reminded her I am already the next customer. I called for the Branch Manager .The branch manager opened the till and R100 notes were available. Pick n pay branches that have said they have money to give for account withdrawals when wanting to withdraw are Pick n Pay Bluff branch, Pick n Pay South coast mall and Pick n Pay Oribi plaza. Tyme bank needs to partner with a service provider that can actually provide a service as Pick n pay clearly cannot. They are unable and unwilling..
