I have sent an email to Tfgmoneyloanprotect, requesting to put a replacement cover for the current personal loan credit life insurance to date I have had no response. I just got off a call with one of your agents who does not know what am talking about and the call got cut off. I have been calling the whole week and none of the agents knows what am talking about and to make things worse today's agent said it's impossible and referred me to claims department
