Tyme Bank personal information compromised resulting in my money being withdrawn from my account

I received a call from someone who had my personal information stating they are from Tyme Bank. They told me that someone is trying to hack into my Tyme Bank account and that I should verify my details.

I did that and to my surprise my money was gone, someone had my information (Tyme Bank leaked or there's a glitch in their system were my information was compromised) leading to *****sters having access to my information

I raised this concern and was sent from pillar to post (via call centre's and also from the Tyme Bank representatives at Pick n Pay)

I need my money back and below you'll find my case number
