TYME BANK MY ACCOUNT IS DEBIT HOLD BUT NO HELP HELP ME PLEASE

Tyme bank help me with my account' my account is debit hold and i don't know i was speaking to some agent and said that i have reacived r300 and they reverse it but my acount its still debit hold till now I'm a business marketer now I'm stopped because of the account tyme bank can you show me some help help me please
