Tyme bank - more like waste of Tyme bank

What a joke of a bank, how the **** do you call yourself a bank when you don't provide statements for clients if they have not transacted on their account.

I contacted Tyme to confirm if I can get a statement for the past 3 months as I need it for SARS purposes. I advised that I have not transacted on my account for the last 5 months so no transactions would show, then this Lerato girl advised no its not possible they only provide statements for the period that you transacted on the account. Thats really stupid as all the other banks provide statements even if you have not transacted on the account.

I can't deal with the amateur - ness of it all. Like how does a bank not think of this?????? A bank???? Really
