Tyme bank more like waste of time bank

On Saturday I had an issue which was confirmed on Sunday to be resolved no later than Tuesday which obviously were all lies as I received a message today that they will give me info next week on the 23 after the long weekend. On Monday someone contacted me not because of the numerous complaints I had filed directly with tyme bank but because of my complaint filed on here with promises that he will keep me updated and have people from the department involved contact me which were all **** as not one person has contacted me, neither has he given me a single update. I have now determined he only told those lies so that hello Peter doesn't mark them as a company that does not respond. I also realize now that they are purposely slowing down the progress of my query to punish me for all my complaints that I have filed yet I will continue to file and escalate because they can keep my account at ransom but this horrible treatment, continuous lies and ********* I will not stand for. Stay away from this so called bank.
