Tyme bank monies not refunded

Hi hellopeter...l recently paid a beneficiarie from my Tyme bank account an amount of R990 00 on the 7th May ...this money never reach the beneficiarie..l then called the support center and was told by a staff member that the funds will be reversed within 5 -7days...so l waited and 10 and still no sign of the funds... l called back and was told that because my beneficiarie was a Luno trading Standard bank account, Tyme bank doesnt make deposits to trade accounts, l will now have to pay R150 00 to have this amount reversed without a guarantee that my monies will be recovered...l have sent many letters and demands for my money but the staff are very unproffesional and can't answer any questions... when asked to speak to someone in charge, l am told it's not possible....please help Hellopeter the funds have not returned to my account yet.
