Tyme bank missing in action
Opened account online. Went to 4 different institutions to get card. 3 advised that the machines have been removed due to poor service, the 4th had a machine (Sports Scene The Grove), but it was out of service. Staff could give me no indication when it would be attended to. Can only refund the money i paid into that account, if i upgrade. But the App is unable to verify my selfie . No list of avaliable working machines on the app. So basically, I am stuck.

09 Sept 2024, 15:35Dear Tymebank. What a useless reply. Why would the situation have changed? Do you really think I am going to waste more time, money and effort to hunt down a kiosk which may or may not work or exist? Why dont' you publish a list of kiosks that a) exists b) works?
