Tyme bank ****mers

Hi My mom was ****med two weeks ago they moved her money from her investment account and made it a voucher, her account is suddenly blocked she cannot access it. One of the consultants called her to say they assisting her but its been two weeks the case is open and there is no feedback from them till now very dissapointing. This is her retirement money how is she gonna survive with this stress.
