Tyme bank lottery ****

2023/08/16 i won some petty cash playing daily lotto using my tyme bank account, i called twittered, emailed tyme bank to this day i havent received any money, their excuse was that i must contact ithuba national lotteries, to claim my winnings, any ways i called ithuba they responded that i must claim my winnings via tyme bank since i played via their app, since then tyme bank has been taking me from pillar to post since last year, i want my money plus interest, their customer service sucks, what they are doing is daily light *******, turn around time is very bad
