Tyme Bank loses your money! Or the staff are helping themselves?

A few weeks ago some unauthorized transactions went off my TymeBank account. It was reported and nothing was done. It has now happened again and to my sister as well! She called the ***** helpline and was told it would be rectified. Will have to see if it happens. Tyme Bank are not replying to my emails as I am overseas and cannot call in to lodge a complaint. My account will be closed.
