Tyme bank is useless

This is the ****tiest, most useless bank I have ever transacted with. They haven't put in place a measure/option to reverse a payment if you made a payment in error. There agents are so nonchalant and the wait to to get alot of an agent is ridiculously long. I have only been banking with them for two months but I'm closing this account today. This has been a disgusting experience indeed
