Tyme bank is the worst when it comes to service

Took out a loan from absa which was paid to my tyme bank account.tyme bank decided to freeze my account as they required a proof of payment.i then submitted my loan agreement from Absa .till today my account is still frozen Had taken out the loan to fund my son's funeral.my son did not have a dignified funeral because of tyme bank.when I call them they send me from pillar to post
