Tyme bank is the worst

Firstly I would like to say this is the worst decision I had to bank with Tyme bank My account just loaded R150 and they blocked it due to debit order

Why are you guys taking our money without our permission if I close the card on my online purchases the money suppose to be in the account why are you guys taking my money for debit orders when it's really not legal if the purchase fails doesnt mean u need to give that company because I blocked the online purchases and u guys are *****ing from me which is my money and u block my account after that it's not on at all the services is poor the I logged a complain they still cannot get back to me.....
