TYME BANK IS ONE HELL OF A ****** THAT ***** MONEY AND SEND TO THEIR FRIENDS AND COHOOTS OUTSIDE. DON'T PUT YOU MONEY THERES
VERY BAD! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING BANK. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR CHARGES AND RATES. YOU WILL LOOSE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY THERE. I send money through EFT to someone and they instead send it to a wrong person. They never cared!!. They *****ing money. They work with syndicates to chow peoples money. I enquired and 6 days later they did even update me and when I called them they send me message saying they have resolved the matter and the money is send to that wrong. They didn't do anything!!! My money is gone and they don't give a heck!
Please save your money people, better pay R5 more with your bank but atleast your money is safe and the big banks atleast care and have got good call centers and.branches to visit. TYME BANK IS ONE HELL OF ******
Am glad my money was eventually refunded and for that am grateful . However, Tyme bank please you can do better than this. Please treat your customers with care they deserve, of many banks out there we chose you and we taking a gamble since u r new, for that we suppose to be getting even more special treatments than other banks.
