Tyme bank is not loyal to their clients

I transfered money from my tyme bank to the nedbank account on the 16th november 2020. I was told it will take up to 48 houts to reflect up until today nothing camw through. I have been going around in cycles they cant locate it at tyme bank, also nedbank said no funds came through. I called tyme bank wasting all my money i dont get assisted. One agent is able to see it, the other one told me they cant locate it. If i request a reversal im told i will be charged 150 service fee okay fine i aggreed, during the process of reversal they say i should have that 150 in my accont. I mean where im i going to get since im trying to locate what i have lost. Clearly this bank is a ****. And i want everybody to know about it. On the last call i made i was asked to email myself a proof of payment wich has no information on it but when i made the transaction even the sms that i got had everything but to my suprise, on their proof of payment its blank and they blaming me. I got all the proof. And im not going to go down without a fight
