Tyme Bank is just a ****

It is approaching to weekend since I have been seeking help with changing my number and doing a new debit card, but how ever the useless bank has its way of preventing me to do so because my money is stuck inside their stupid bank, I forgot my bank pin and my card was kept in an ATM of which I understand but now the problem is that I no longer have that cellphone number and whenever I go to their stupid kiosk it requires my fingerprints and when I opened this account I wasn't required any fingerprints, when I try to change my number it keeps taking me back and forth, everything on their app requires their stupid one-time pin, not everyone has either their cellphone numbers with them all the time, I just need my money back so that I can just leave you guys because I really hate you right now, even the stupid call centre numbers you gave us are just a ****.
