Tyme Bank is **********

Yesterday I made a transaction and my my went twice. I went to the shop to check and they pulled last night transactions and they only received one payment. Now Time Bank is holding my money. My debit orders are bouncing and this is not the first time. They once did the same thing and took 5 days to refund me. Now I went to their office at Rosebank and the securities told me I am not allowed without appointment. Tyme Bank is **********. They don't respond on Facebook and Instagram. I just can't communicate with them and they don't answer their phone. What kind of a bank is this. I want my money and I'm done with Tyme Bank.
