Tyme Bank Is Cruel

Worst experience ever with this bank, been withholding my SASSA SRD Grant from me since last year, every month they receieve my grant but I cannot access it because they have froze my account, I have emailed them today to inform them to close my account so that money deposited into it no longer reflects, the fact that they don't have a branch doesn't make things easier💔 over R3000 in government funds that they have taken from me which I know I will never get back. PLEASE JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN WASH MY HANDS OF YOU GUYS PLEASE IM DONE WITH TYMEBANK I JUST REQUEST THAT YOU CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU PEOPLE
