TYME BANK IS CRAAAAP!!

I have never been this angry in my life, just when I thought Tyme bank is a good bank, little did I know that I'm signing up for horror.

I sent money to the right number only to find out that someone registered using the number of the person I was sending to. The recipient received a notification stating there is money in their account, but they don't have an account with TYME BANK.

I then called and I was told that I will be assisted and everything was tracked, and luckily that the money was still there, and that I will be contacted for updates. Little did I know that I'll be the one spending money on airtime.

I received a case number ( G-162949) and I kept doing follow ups: (the order goes like this) 1. The status of your case of still pending 2. Will escalate the matter 3. Everything is being resolved, we waiting for authorisation 4. The recipient withdrew the money 5. We can't reverse the money because it's against our bank policy.

I was never informed about the case being closed, each consultant has a different version of the outcome of the case. I mean why didn't they say from day one that they won't be able to reverse the money because it's against their policy, all the false hope, I'm told that the money is still in the account but there is really nothing they can do, WOW! An entire bank fails to reverse money.

I'm disgusted by how the matter was handled and how lightly everything was taken. I surely would not encourage anyone to use this bank, their service is poor and their communication is horrible.
