Tyme Bank is becoming MMM on us

Tyme Bank's recent handling of a technical glitch has been extremely disappointing. Starting from Friday 09/09/2024, many customers, including myself, had money taken out of our accounts. To make matters worse, over 48 hours have passed without any communication from the bank regarding the situation or a resolution. This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating, especially as I now urgently need medication and cannot reach anyone at the bank for assistance.
