Tyme Bank is abusing the poorest of the poor in Soth Africa

Tyme Bank implemented a debt hold on my savings account. I received a call from a gentleman claiming to be from the bank asking me about my personal information. I was very sceptical and I told him I would rather call the bank myself. Upon calling the bank, I was told that my savings account is under investigations because I received R570 on the 25th April from a suspicious account number. I also made a single payment of R3000 to the same account on the 29th April. The two payments mentioned above are transactions between two normal people who helped each other at the time of need. The customer care at the bank was not very helpful, they told me to go to the police station and report it. I do not have time to report innocent family transactions to bank and on top of that my money is locked at the Tyme Bank, Taking a taxi to the police station will cost me. I thought Tyme bank was for simple people who want to save the little that they have and share some with family and friends in time of need. I am totally disappointed. I cannot even buy my little children milk, I have been calling the bank but I do not get any help.
