Tyme Bank is a ****!!! TAKE OUT ALL YOUR MONEY TO A REPUTABLE BANK

My app and online banking do not work. I called and asked for help, and they told me my error code was due to connectivity issues. I followed all their instructions but still my app and internet banking do not work. I have saved my money for school registration and now I am unable to access my money. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. IT IS A ****, THEIR SERVICE IS ALSO BAD, THE CONSULTANTS GASLIGHT THE CUSTOMERS INTO THINKING THE PROBLEM IS ON THE CUSTOMERS SIDE.
