Tyme bank is a SH#T bank

This is the worst bank to bank with. First I cannot get into my app because apparently i need to go to home affairs to update my ID. They then said I should use internet banking. I've been using it for 3 weeks and after making 2 payments today, they block my account. I cannot access my monies. I want my monies and I want to close this sh#t bank account
