Tyme Bank is a ****

Tyme Bank has introduced a way of paying retail accounts on their app but it seems it is all a **** because the money doesn't reflect on the retails thus causing a negative impact on our credit score.

I paid my Ackermans account on the 23rd of October 2021 up to this day the money has never reflected or been paid into my account yet they deducted it from my savings account. I ended up having to go in-store to pay directly & had to pop out money from my pocket after my credit score dropped.

I called their call center & they promised to assist me but to this day the issue has not been resolved. They sent me an SMS that my issue has been resolved but it wasn't. They are just a ****.
