Tyme Bank is a joke. the contact centre is useless and should not exist

domains.co.za deducted money from my account which took then 5 days to refund ( story for another day)

the money was paid back on the 5th of March. Today is the 12th and still no money.

i spoke to the following 1oth tues candice who logged tickets said it will take upto 7 days to resolve 11th wed owami who repeated what candice told me and said nothing new 12th thur simphiwe told me to wait 35 days to have the money show in my account

Tyme bank is a joke. 35 days to have money refect back in my account really?

they refused to hand the phone to a teamleader and i stayed on the line . as we speak, im holding for 23 minutes waiting to speak to a team leader whom they said will be available in an hour
