Tyme bank is a ********** bank

Tyme bank is the worst bank ever. Today I went to the Kiosk in Pick n pay Polokwane to make a card and boom! My account was put on hold. Called the ***** department and they asked to verify my personal information and they kept on telling me that they are not correct. How can a grown person give incorrect ID number, full names, numbers and email? They said i should try again after 24hrs. Which means my money is gone. If it happens that I get my money I'm closing this account. No matter what, never bank with a bank that doesn't have branches you will suffer
