Tyme Bank ***********, lying and lazy!

Waiting since 1 July 2020 for an issue to be resolved. Staff at customer care laughs at you when you tell them how frustrated you are! They also promise everyday that you will get feedback and nothing happens. They don,t even respond if you send emails to them complaining about the service!
