tyme bank

so an amount of 2000 was taken from my tyme bank account apparently its a booking to Amsterdam , i dont evn have a passport that time . I never made that booking, so I call tyme bank and then they temporary closed my card and said they will investigate. Saturday I then received an SMS saying " you investigation has been complete, no money will be refunded to your account " that was it no explanation whatsoever , I then call them and I'm told the lady who was working with my case is not working weekend and they will request her to call me today. I'm still waiting , be careful with Tyme bank people . I've lost my hope with tyme bank however I need my money back, anyone who can help me please do. Thank you
