TYME BANK DOESNT HAVE A BRANCH SO DONT TRUST IT

eview:

I’ve banked with Tyme Bank for six months and appreciated the clear, low-fee structure, which worked well for me—until now. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling unsupported and anxious about my finances.

On October 25, I expected my salary to hit my Tyme Bank account, but it never arrived. My entire team at work was paid without issue, and my employer confirmed that they made the payment to me via a pay-and-clear transfer. My finance department has even provided proof of payment, which Tyme Bank acknowledges seeing on their system. Yet, it has now been four days, and I am still without my salary.

Despite numerous messages and chats with Tyme Bank, all I’m told is that an investigation is ongoing. Meanwhile, my financial obligations are piling up—debit orders have bounced, my rent is due soon, school fees, petrol, and groceries are all at stake. I’m left in a dark place, wondering when I’ll get the help I need.

I’ve held off on a negative review in hopes that Tyme Bank will resolve the issue quickly, but at this point, I feel unheard and unsupported. For a bank that markets itself as customer-focused, I hoped for clearer communication and faster action. I would have appreciated more empathy and a swifter resolution, especially given the impact this has on my daily life.

I hope Tyme Bank can step up and assist customers like me when it matters most.
