Tyme Bank Does not care about their customers!!!!!!

I have been calling and emailing Tyme Bank to activate my account. I lost my card and all they needed to do was to block my card and help me request for a new one. I have money on my account which I can't even access!!! Why Are you doing this to me Tyme Bank!!!! I neeed those funds...

This is the worst bank ever!!!!! They never get back to you....
