Tyme bank disappoints

Tyme bank is by far the worst bank out there!! They lure you in with great interest rates and very minimal bank charges but that's as far as it goes. Today my family and I went out for lunch, when trying to pay our bill the card kept on declining, my husband then went to the ATM and couldn't withdraw money there either. Lucky for us there was a PnP close by. When you try and call the so called 24 hour number on the app, it says that the caller cannot be reached, so you have to go to their actual website to find a number there just to be met with the standard "we are experiencing high call volumes". If this is the type of service you experience as a new customer from a brand new bank then I shudder to think of what's to come.
