Tyme bank delaying EFT Payment feeling like they are a bunch of ******

A 1 star is to high off a rating for this bank I am so frustrated mind blown by the absolute useless customer care and lack of interest for sorting out problems i have been waiting for a payment to reflect that I made via eft and every time i call tymebank i have to hold for hours just to be told technical difficulties and it will be resolved i look like a ****** fool payments are made but not showing in the beneficiaries account i am closing my account the moment this can be sorted out.
