TYME BANK DEBIT ORDER ARRANGEMENT

I've been having issues with paying for my credit card because I'm out of the country. I've been sending emails and making phone calls to make an arrangement for the payments but I've not been assisted. I want to set up a debit order. This will affect my credit score and tyme bank isn't being helpful at all😤
