Tyme Bank Credit Card Refund

I purchased shopping using my Tyme Bank Credit Card through Checkers. I cancelled the transaction. This was on 20 January. On 9 February I received a letter from Checkers starting the refund and the transaction number etc which I sent to Tyme Bank Credit Card. I have been calling for weeks now. No refund forthcoming. It is nearly R1000. I want my money back. I am told it is with the release department. How much longer is this going to take??
