Tyme Bank

Tyme Bank did eventually close my account. Many, many months after my initial request. At last.

But the very small balance that I had was never refunded. It was just over R50.00 so it's not a big deal. But if they do this with every account that they close, it adds up....

I wrote to them more than once to ask them to send the refund and I provided what they needed, but have received no response and no refund.

It's no longer worth following up, but this fact should be known to the public.
