TYME BANK - BIG **** DEDUCTION AIRTIME NOT CREDITED

I made two purchases for MTN airtime and in both instances the money was deducted and not credited to the phone number *** It keeps requesting OPTP which does not arrive and then comes up as error 500.

Money is deducted immediately for purchased from Tyme Bank but it seems difficult for those hopeless & useless staff to investigate. Some tyme bank idiot picked up the call after waiting for 20 minutes and after confirming my ID number & phone number, he terminated the call. Several efforts to phone tyme bank again, have been unsuccessful. Tyme bank & the provider is running a **** deducting the funds and not crediting the requested phone number. Tyme must reverse both these transactions by cob today.
