Tyme bank Bathabile is a star

I want to commend Bathabile from ***** department for her professionalism and for being passionate about her work.

I called in this morning on 06 September 2023 to check progress on the matter I have reported to them. She explained the reason why it wasn't finalised and gave me advice on what to do to get it resolved. She later called me back and finalised the matter while I was on the line with her.

Bathabile thanks a lot my sister you are a star and I hope the bank gets to see this and that they reward you for the great work you have done for me.
