Tyme Bank - Bad Service

I've had a terrible customer experience with Tyme Bank. I've been waiting months to find a Pick n Pay with a Tyme machine that's working (I've been to 2 Pick n Pays 5 times over three months). They are always broken. I still haven't been able to obtain a card. I called their call centre and was told the Midrand area manager would call me. Three weeks later and still no call.

Why would I use a bank like this based in my terrible experiences so far?

I can't wait for the new Bank Zero to open in South Africa soon.
