Tyme bank bad

I have since opened an account with tyme bank, I deposited R40K and put it under-investment , but two days later, my account was blocked.. called many times, and a call was logged and everytime I call they try to put me to ***** department but no answer, I sent an email but no response.This is bad I regret opening this account
