TYME BANK
So i got a listing from SAFPS regarding my African Bank account about some fradulent activities after i lost my card and cellphone which i have no hand in. I then deposited some cash to my TYME BANK account and when i tried using it they said my account was on hold cause of that African Bank issue. I dont know how does Tyme Bank has to do with what has happened on my African Bank account. All I am asking is that i want to deregister my account on from TYME BANK and that they should just give me my money back. I dont understand what TYME BANK has to do with whats happening on my African Bank account. I dont advise anyone to open any TYME BANK nor AFRICAN BANK account cause their service is poor.

Unfortunately, there's no case number on this matter cause I myself had no idea my account was on hold until I went to an atm to withdraw it, I couldn't withdraw the money. And what's even boring is that y'all guys didn't even call me to tell me that my account is on hold for such and such. I called your team and they said I must request a clearance letter from SAFPS. So I don't know which case number y'all are talking about cause I didn't even get a call from your team regarding my matter. Please find my contact details below for futher communication. Thank you

I just called them now wanted to resolve an issue i have on my account and they just put me on hold for almost 30min my airtime even depleted. They never even returned my call to prove that their customers are important to them, it is clear we are not important at all. I am writing this second review cause they never even called me with my first review. I have been waiting for their call ever since. For anyone deciding to open a new account with Tyme Bank. I suggest yall to not to. Because their services -0 pooorr!!!!!!!
