TYME BANK ARE A WASTE OF TIME - FIND ANOTHER BANK TO BANK WITH!!!

When I moved my business bank account to Tyme Bank, I thought I was moving to a great new bank that were innovative however, today I have just found out that it is actually a pointless exercise and that I now need to find another bank to move my business bank account to.

I have two beneficiaries I need to add to my business banking account and both the beneficiaries are with RMB however, Tyme Bank does not offer RMB as a choice of banks so for me to be able to pay my beneficiaries, I now need to move my business bank account.

The call centre agents at Tyme Bank are basically useless and all they do is repeat what I've already told them but are either unable or unwilling to assist with a solution
