Tyme Bank and Boxer in Bhizana simeone in your soace is taking money from cluents

A friend who stays at Bhizana was saving for Christmas with Tyme Bank where you make a deposit at Boxer Supermarket. I don't know how these two are related however when she approached the bank in December wanting to withdraw her funds. The account had no money whatsoever. She never withdraw those funds because she was saving for festive like all other people. To her surprise, money was ******. So I decided to write this here because it has been two months now since the so called Tyme bank said they are investigating the matter and to date no answer. How do you ***** from poor, widows in the rural area. Boxer and Tyme bank in Bhizana please respond as this is a serious matter.
